You will partner with hiring managers, sell opportunities, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in life sciences.
• Experience recruiting in processes like Process Development, Analytical Development, QA, QC, Operations, or Engineering.
• Experience recruiting in life sciences or biologics environments.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and close top talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for life sciences roles with urgency.
• Source, screen and interview candidates to assess fit and motivation.
• Create candidate presentations and positioning summaries for hiring decisions.
• Partner with managers to understand team needs and priorities.
• Maintain compliant recruiting processes and documentation.
