Job summary

MKS in Andover, MA is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. You will develop recruiting strategies, build pipelines, and support the full recruitment lifecycle.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, and help craft offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience across functions and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and evaluating candidates across roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with recruiting systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, document requirements, and manage requisition activity.
• Develop sourcing strategies through channels, advertising, networking, and talent pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to identify qualified talent and support the interview process.
• Manage candidate communications, interview coordination, and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support the development and negotiation of employment offers while promoting a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with external recruiting partners, agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand candidate networks.
