Job summary

Seven Starling is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to build our recruiting playbook for Sales, Partnerships, and Operations. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting and pipeline generation, reporting to our Director of People Operations, and you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, shaping how the company is perceived by applicants.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to craft a sustainable, scalable process as headcount is expected to double.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for sales and metrics-driven roles.
• Proven sourcing ability, including cold outreach and building pipelines.
• Warm, service-minded attitude; strong candidate care.
• Experience with ATS systems; ability to manage end-to-end process.
• Comfortable with targets, accountability, and collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations.
• Define search plans for each role and markets.
• Hit hiring targets; track pipeline weekly.
• Build a warm candidate journey from intake to offer.
• Lead screener meetings and align on candidate profiles.
• Provide regular pipeline updates to leadership.
• Draft repeatable playbooks for repeat roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and managers across teams.
• Screen with a consistent rubric and timely updates.
• Maintain warm candidate relationships for future roles.
• Be ready to support other departments as needed.
