Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a senior recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across software engineering, security, design, and product roles in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. You will partner with leadership to design strategies, build pipelines, and shape candidate experience at scale.

You will recruit for technical and non-technical roles, improve interview processes, and use insights to influence talent and business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience across tech or non-tech roles.
• Proven success hiring high-impact talent in fast-paced or mission-driven environments.
• Experience hiring software engineers, security engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, and LLM talent markets.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Operational rigor with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong drive, sound judgment, and attention to execution quality.

• Design and execute hiring strategies with leadership to support business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
