Mode.Inc, the parent company behind Mode Mobile, is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with executives to attract exceptional talent in Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Leadership. Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech or startup environments.
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including senior leadership.
• Strong experience recruiting across US and international markets for remote teams.
• Hands-on experience administering Greenhouse as the primary ATS and using AI to improve recruiting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and partnering with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership with thoughtful search strategies.
• Lead intake meetings, build structured hiring processes, job descriptions, interview plans, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and talent communities.
• Build and nurture strong pipelines across US and international markets.
• Manage searches across a range of roles from ICs to executives.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and align hiring teams throughout the process.
• Own and optimize Greenhouse workflows, reporting, and data integrity; leverage AI to improve efficiency.
