Anovaeon is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for corporate and project roles across many disciplines, partnering with leaders to deliver top talent and an exceptional candidate experience. You will mentor hiring teams and champion best practices, influencing culture and capability while ensuring timely staffing across the organization.

The role emphasizes strategy, workforce planning, data-driven sourcing, and process optimization, with a remote work setup and periodic travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, incl. senior-level and specialized hiring.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to key sites.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience with full-cycle searches for niche, leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Design and drive full-cycle recruitment delivery across corporate and project roles.
• Partner with leaders to ensure staffing needs are met with excellence.
• Advise on candidate experience and interview practices to raise hiring quality.
• Lead competency-based evaluations and structured debriefs for timely decisions.
• Guide hiring specialists and interviewers on behavioral interviewing and consistency.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with vendors to sustain pipelines.
