Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process end-to-end.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for intake meetings.
• Draft job descriptions and provide market insights on compensation.
• Proactively source and recruit top-tier talent nationwide.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with summaries.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and maintain communication.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating as needed.
• Track candidate information using ATS and stay compliant with laws.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support hiring goals.
