Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Contractor) to own end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio across Clinical, Engineering, Product, AI, Operations, Corporate and Commercial roles. This fully remote position supports North America, with preference for Central or Pacific time zones to enable collaboration across teams.

You will manage multiple requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and build sourcing strategies to attract top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions and levels from ICs to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a broad portfolio of roles across Clinical, Engineering, Product, AI, Operations, Corporate, Commercial and more.
• Manage 8–15 active requisitions concurrently with high quality standards.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define requirements, success profiles and priorities.
• Launch and maintain requisitions in Greenhouse with accurate job details and levels.
• Develop structured interview guides and processes; guide candidates through the full cycle.
