Carvana is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to build and execute full life-cycle recruiting for our Operations teams at the Tempe, AZ HQ. You’ll partner with hiring leaders, manage candidates from outreach to offer, and ensure a stellar candidate experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You’ll source proactively, screen thoroughly, and guide hiring decisions while prioritizing speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting applications; Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS used.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and aligning sourcing to team needs.
• Experience supporting leadership roles.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy; fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable with change and adaptation.
• Bachelor's/Associates Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Independently source candidates through social media, Indeed, and Carvana site.
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews by phone.
• Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews.
• Conduct talent/skills and culture-fit assessments and advise the business.
• Manage candidate expectations through background check process.
• Develop hiring leader relationships and advise on strategies.
• Focus on high interview-to-offer conversion.
• Other duties as assigned.
