Carvana in Tempe, AZ seeks an on-site Recruiter for our Operations Talent team. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for multiple sites, focusing on skilled roles and delivering a fast, thorough candidate experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently. A six-month review ensures performance standards are met in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting applications; Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through social media, Indeed, and Carvana sites.
• Conduct in-depth phone screenings and interviews.
• Provide resumes and notes for hiring manager interviews.
• Advise on talent, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments.
• Manage candidate expectations through background checks.
• Develop hiring-leader relationships and advise on strategies.
• Aim for high interview-to-offer conversion.
• Support broader recruiting needs as required.
