Job summary

Carvana is hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the full life-cycle recruiting for our Operations teams. You will guide a recruiting team to meet aggressive hiring targets and partner with business leaders to align talent needs with our growth strategy.

You will develop sourcing strategies, coach team members, and leverage data to drive improvements in quality of hire and time-to-fill. This role is based on-site at our Tempe HQ with a focus on high-volume recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team/people.
• Experience using virtual recruitment channels (LinkedIn, social media) and ATS systems (Greenhouse).
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for Carvana's Operations teams.
• Inspire and lead a recruiting team to meet KPIs and hiring targets.
• Develop recruiting strategies and initiatives for dedicated areas.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate evolving hiring needs.
