Carvana is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the full life-cycle recruitment for our Operations teams at our Tempe HQ. You will guide a recruiting team, partner with business stakeholders, and drive staffing plans to meet aggressive hiring targets.

The role emphasizes team leadership, data-driven decisions, and developing innovative sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Tempe, AZ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, including leadership recruiting.
• 3+ years experience leading a team/others.
• Experience using virtual recruitment (LinkedIn, social media, resume sourcing).

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for Operations recruiting.
• Inspire and lead a recruiting team to meet KPIs and hiring targets.
• Train and support team members in developing recruiting strategies.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Monitor weekly/monthly reports to track staffing, hire rate, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet evolving hiring needs.
• Develop team to leverage diverse sourcing techniques for qualified candidates.
• Support leadership job requisitions from source to hire.
• Ensure a candidate-centric approach aligned with employer brand.
