Job summary

Carvana in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead full life-cycle recruitment for our Operations teams. You will guide a recruiting team to meet high-volume hiring targets, build strong partnerships with business leaders, and drive data-driven decisions that impact hiring outcomes daily.

You will manage on-site activities at our corporate HQ, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a candidate-centric, high-velocity recruiting process that supports Carvana's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including leadership recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• Experience with virtual recruitment and ATS (Greenhouse).
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for Operations.
• Inspire and lead a recruiting team to hit KPIs and hiring targets.
• Train and support team members on sourcing strategies and initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reports tracking staffing, hire rate, and candidate pipeline.
• Onboard and train new hires and support local in-market training.
