Carvana is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full life-cycle recruiting for its Engineering functions, including software, IT, QA, product management, analytics and data science. You will source, interview, and partner with multiple levels of hiring teams to fill critical roles.

You will leverage job boards, social media, and virtual events; enjoy a fast-paced, data-driven environment with room to grow. On-site work in Tempe, with a collaborative, high-energy culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience on-site at a major tech company, ecommerce, or fintech.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Personality and teamwork valued; able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting for all tech functions.
• Source and engage passive candidates via job boards and social networks.
• Build strong relationships with hiring teams and manage intake through start date.
• Innovate recruiting practices and improve interview processes and candidate experience.
• Represent Carvana at field recruitment events.
• Collaborate to define recruiting best practices.
• Experience with virtual recruitment (LinkedIn, social media, virtual fairs).
