XPENG is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the U.S. HR team in Silicon Valley, strictly on-site. The role focuses on LATAM recruiting, including Mexico and Brazil, and requires cross-cultural collaboration with global HQ.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders, and build pipelines across LATAM, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in startups or high-growth organizations.
• Strong LATAM recruiting experience (Mexico and Brazil).
• Proven track record of independently managing and closing mid-to-senior level roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from mapping to closing.
• Partner with business leaders; define hiring scorecards and provide market intel.
• Spearhead talent sourcing and pipelining, including passive candidates and referrals.
• Support LATAM and global expansion with local hiring practices and compliance.
• Ensure high-touch candidate experience reflecting XPENG's culture.
• Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks across regional markets.
• Manage multiple searches with stakeholders and deadlines.
