Job summary

EdgeConneX is hiring a Global Talent Acquisition Partner (Americas) to own end-to-end recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, and leadership roles across the Americas. Based in Herndon, VA, Austin, TX or Denver, CO, this hybrid role requires strong partnership with hiring managers and regional leadership to fuel rapid growth.

You will manage multiple requisitions, lead offer discussions, and drive proactive sourcing while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across diverse job families.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with US hiring practices and regional market nuances.
• Comfort with a hybrid in-office schedule (3x week) and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned requisitions, across technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies when possible and manage interview processes, feedback, and candidate communications.
• Lead offer processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers, including compensation discussions and close.
