Job summary

XPENG is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our U.S. Human Resources team in Silicon Valley, primarily supporting LATAM recruitment including Mexico and Brazil.

This on-site role requires strong LATAM experience and the ability to partner with technical leaders while driving end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, global environment. The position is full-time and based on-site at XPENG’s Santa Clara office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong LATAM market knowledge including Mexico and Brazil.
• Proven ability to independently manage and close mid-to-senior level roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment with talent mapping, sourcing, screening and offers.
• Partner with leaders to define hiring scorecards and provide market insights.
• Build pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, and networking across LATAM and global markets.
• Support LATAM/global expansion with local hiring practices and compliance.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience reflecting XPENG’s culture.
• Track industry trends and compensation benchmarks for regional markets.
• Manage multiple searches with senior stakeholders and deadlines.
