Job summary

Gimlet Labs is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build teams for our core infrastructure. You will work directly with founders and engineering leadership to identify, engage, and recruit exceptional talent in niche and highly competitive markets.

You will focus on hard-to-fill profiles (kernel, compiler, low-level systems) and lead the development of sourcing strategies, interview processes, and stakeholder alignment to uphold Gimlet's high hiring bar.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Direct experience hiring for kernel, compiler, or similar low-level systems roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering fundamentals and ability to assess technical profiles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders and engineering leaders to define success and hiring strategy.
• Translate role requirements into sourcing and evaluation strategies and engage top talent.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for niche technical areas and run efficient interview processes.
