Responsibilities

• Own GTM hiring end to end.
• Build proactive relationships and networks of talent.
• Identify and close talent, primarily through networking, referrals, and intros.
• Build Knit's reputation as the go-to for ambitious GTM talent.
• Partner with sales leadership as a trusted advisor and assess candidates.
• Ensure a great candidate experience regardless of outcome.
