Job summary

Plug is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-lifecycle recruiting across engineering, operations, and go-to-market. You will run the entire search from intake to offer, with Ashby automation and AI tooling supporting you rather than handoffs.

You will manage 8–12 open requisitions, partner with the VP of People, and collaborate with the Senior Recruiter on calibration and search strategy. This is an on-site role in Sawtelle, Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in a high-growth tech environment.
• Own searches from intake through close without a separate sourcer or coordinator.
• Experience recruiting both technical and go-to-market roles (engineering/ML plus sales or ops).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to advise on leveling and comp with managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across engineering, operations, and GTM.
• Run structured kickoffs with scope, must-haves, and timelines before a search opens.
• Build pipelines and proactive sourcing; manage interview loops and offers.
• Design and implement structured interview processes and scorecards.
• Own compensation conversations in partnership with hiring managers.
