Job summary

ManpowerGroup Houston is actively seeking a Recruiter contractor to drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios. You will source, screen, and place candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and deliver strong experiences for candidates and clients alike.

You will leverage ATS platforms, build relationships with hiring managers, and participate in local events and client visits to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through job postings, social media, referrals, and events.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit and skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Guide candidates through interview processes and provide timely feedback.
Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume accounts.
Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
Maintain data in the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while applying human judgment.
