Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated in Indiana is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to influence and support full life-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to interviewing and hiring. You will coach hiring managers, promote the employer brand, and provide hiring metrics to leadership.

You will partner with stakeholders, participate in staffing meetings, manage candidate experience, and help implement Talent initiatives with a consultative, compliant approach.

Qualifications

• Four years of direct recruiting experience or two years with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or Business.
• Ability to travel 5–10% and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Advises Talent Acquisition Partners on job requirements, screening, interviews, and staffing contracts.
• Keeps current with full-cycle recruitment best practices and suggests process improvements.
• Develops new sourcing methods and builds a strong local candidate network.
• Collaborates with Marketing to promote Faith Technologies’ employer brand on social media.
