Job summary

Indiana University Foundation in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment cycle across a diverse range of roles. You will partner with hiring leaders to understand needs, develop compelling postings, proactively source candidates, and guide both candidates and managers through interviews and offers.

This is a 100% full-cycle role based in Bloomington with hybrid work options and occasional travel to Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and sound hiring practices.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating, developing and enhancing professional relationships and candidate relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative working style and ability to work with many stakeholders at varying levels.
• Ability to articulate the mission and vision of Indiana University and the IU Foundation to attract potential candidates.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work on a variety of projects and searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire hiring process from opening the role to final offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand deeply what they need and build a recruitment strategy.
• Write compelling job postings, proactively find and engage candidates, and guide candidates and managers through interviews and offers.
