Sonepar USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Plano, TX. This role is highly consultative, sourcing-intensive, and supports professional and leadership hiring across supply chain, sales, finance, and other corporate functions.

You will own searches from launch through candidate selection and acceptance, partnering with hiring managers, HR Partners, and business leaders. This is not a high-volume role, but a strategic, market-aware position.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting, professional search or comparable talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and leaders.
• Strong intake, candidate assessment, interviewing and search calibration skills.
• Ability to research new functions, industries and talent markets for sourcing strategies.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary sourcing technologies.

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting across professional and leadership searches from launch to selection.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to define success profiles and focused strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through sourcing channels.
• Build understanding of functions and businesses to credibly market opportunities.
• Conduct competency-based interviews beyond the resume.
• Present focused candidate slates and provide insights to leaders.
• Build market intelligence and talent pipelines for recurring needs.
• Manage multiple searches across functions, levels, and geographies.
