7+ years talent acquisition experience required.
Proven ability to create and execute TA strategy.
Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners.
Experience building community pipelines and partnerships.
Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean, mapping, and market research.
High emotional intelligence and business acumen with leadership influence.

Responsibilities

Drive TA strategy and execution for corporate and center roles across assigned region.
Develop and own high-volume sourcing strategies scalable for growth.
Partner with HRBPs and leaders on workforce planning and pipeline needs.
Coach and mentor TA peers and coordinators; set intake standards and timelines.
Maintain data-driven approach; present funnel metrics and insights to leadership.
Build sustainable pipelines via community hiring channels, events, and partnerships.
Lead adoption of modern TA processes and provide strategic recommendations.
