Job summary

Sonepar Management Group US is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting for professional and leadership roles across supply chain, sales, finance and other corporate functions in a hybrid Plano, TX environment. You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and leaders to design effective sourcing strategies and ensure a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting or professional search.
• Proven success recruiting professional and leadership-level talent.
• Strong experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple professional or exempt searches.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and leaders.
• Strong intake, candidate assessment, interviewing and search-calibration skills.
• Research new functions, industries and talent markets and translate into sourcing strategies.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary sourcing technologies.
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals and EEO principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication to advise stakeholders.

• Represent Sonepar and opportunities to candidates.

• Build proactive pipelines for recurring talent needs.
• Manage multiple searches across functions and markets.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
