Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years in bid management, proposal development, or sales engineering.
• 8+ years of leading teams and managing professionals.
• Proven track record in managing complex bids and strategic pursuits.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/proposal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing U.S. Parcel Sales Engineering team.
• Own end-to-end bid and proposal processes for strategic opportunities.
• Develop compelling value propositions and coordinate proposals.
