Exo Group LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, collaborating with department heads to define hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

The role emphasizes sourcing candidates via multiple channels, conducting interviews, and maintaining the ATS while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• Experience in employee engagement or training and development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Develop recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants and fill job openings. Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
• Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively into the company culture. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, systems and resources.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions. Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Collaborate with HR and management to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes comply with applicable laws and company policies. Generate reports on recruitment metrics, onboarding feedback, and employee retention data. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
