Job summary

ebs recruiters LLC in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and strategic talent initiatives across the organization. You will partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will improve hiring processes, create a positive candidate and new hire experience, manage offers and onboarding programs, and help grow the talent acquisition function as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with high-volume hourly recruiting and professional-level hiring.
• Strong sourcing experience with the ability to proactively build candidate pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting metrics, and reporting.
• Experience developing or improving recruiting and onboarding programs.

Responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs with leadership and establish recruiting priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, professional, leadership, and executive-level roles.
• Build proactive pipelines for high-volume and critical positions.
• Advise managers on role requirements, market conditions, and timelines.
• Oversee offers, candidate communication, and onboarding processes.
• Lead and develop recruiting and onboarding team members as the function grows.
• Track metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention.
