Memorial Home Services in Springfield, IL is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to own new-hire orientation and onboarding coordination, streamline TA processes, and partner with hiring leaders. You will guide Day 1 experiences, document workflows, and report metrics to drive improvements while maintaining confidentiality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, advertising or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years in Talent Acquisition or related HR roles required.
• Experience coordinating complex onboarding and scheduling processes.
• Healthcare TA experience preferred; onboarding program facilitation is a plus.

• Owns and coordinates new-hire orientation and onboarding activities across Memorial Health, ensuring a consistent experience.
• Serves as the primary facilitator for Day 1 orientation, coordinating schedules and materials.
• Manages TA processes and workflows from initiation to completion with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides advanced recruiting and operational support to TA Partners and leaders.
• Partners with stakeholders to clarify responsibilities and ensure effective handoffs in the candidate journey.
• Maintains TA tools, documentation and standard work to promote consistency and compliance.
• Tracks activities and metrics, prepares reports and identifies trends for improvement.
• Supports special TA projects with cross-functional planning and follow-through.
• Ensures confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
