Responsibilities

Lead and develop the talent acquisition and talent management teams.
Design and drive enterprise-wide TA strategy aligned with business goals.
Build internal sourcing and reduce reliance on external agencies.
Establish and monitor quarterly KPI dashboards for hiring and talent metrics.
Forecast talent needs with business leaders and develop action plans for critical roles.
Develop structured interviewing guides and competency-based selection processes.
Deliver organization-wide training on interviewing and recruitment practices.
