Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions including 3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for corporate/exempt roles (engineers, project managers, and related positions).
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone or in person), administer assessments and reference/background checks.
• Deliver employment offers and manage onboarding and new hire orientation within an assigned territory.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Sourcing Specialists to ensure qualified, diverse candidate slates.
• Manage ATS and ensure compliance with federal/state laws and affirmative action plans.
