SSOE Group seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles in the Semiconductor and Advanced Technology market. You will partner with project managers, discipline leaders, and business leaders to understand workforce needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver a first-rate candidate experience from intake through offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience in technical environments.
• Proven success recruiting for specialized technical roles with niche skill sets.
• Experience supporting full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to influence hiring managers.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Experience coordinating interviews and offers; candidate negotiation.
• Ability to collaborate across HR, finance, and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Source passive and active candidates via networking, referrals, direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screens for technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and positive experience.
• Support compensation discussions and offer preparation.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and monitor funnel health.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Represent SSOE in candidate communications and events.
• Track recruiting trends to inform strategy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment law.
• Support workforce planning and internal mobility.
• Continuously improve processes and templates.
