NBH Bank in the United States seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruitment, partner with business lines on offers and compensation, and support workforce planning and diversity recruiting. You will build strong rapport with clients and associates while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.

You will collaborate on job descriptions and participate in strategy for hard-to-fill roles, maintaining equity and inclusion across hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years recruiting experience, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with automated applicant-tracking systems and Internet-based sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support in recruitment, sourcing and other human resources talent acquisition duties.
• Participate in full life cycle recruitment process, including recruiting, interviewing, selecting and hiring for professionals.
• Assist business line management on offers, base salary, sign-on bonuses, relocation packages, and employment offers.
• Assist with workforce planning activities, reporting and diversity recruiting efforts.
