Protective Life Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate II in Birmingham, AL to lead full-cycle recruiting with a primary focus on high-volume hiring for Operations and Shared Services. You will partner with hiring leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to develop strategies and deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities.

You will build talent pipelines, use recruiting analytics, support workforce planning, and guide less experienced teammates while driving process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume hiring experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job families.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for professional, exempt, and specialized roles.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and campus partnerships.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent availability, interview practices, and market trends.
• Use recruiting analytics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Support workforce planning and internship programs.
