Guardian Life is seeking a strategic, experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role supports growth by delivering high-impact recruiting across business groups and partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles, deliver high-touch candidate engagement, and use AI-enabled tools and Workday Recruiting to drive efficiency while ensuring equitable offers and an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of professional and/or executive-level recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, business units, and geographies in corporate recruiting and/or search firm environments.
• Proficiency using AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent data to generate insights, improve sourcing and workflow efficiency, and support informed, equitable hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding partnership.
• Deliver high-touch, personalized candidate engagement for critical and senior-level searches.
• Partner with Compensation and Talent Partners to develop market-competitive, equitable offer packages and successfully close top talent.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, talent communities, social platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
