Guardian Life is seeking a strategic, experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role supports growth by delivering high-impact recruiting outcomes across business groups, partnering with senior leaders and HR to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting with a focus on senior-level roles, using AI-enabled tools and Workday Recruiting to drive efficient, high-touch candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in professional/executive recruiting across functions and geographies.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent data for insights & decisions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills with sound business judgment.
• High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic talent advisory to leaders, translating workforce plans into actionable recruiting strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for a portfolio of roles, including senior-level searches and onboarding.
• Design and execute modern sourcing strategies using referrals, social platforms and AI-enabled tools.
• Leverage data and technology to streamline recruiting workflows and report insights to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and alignment with Guardian standards.
