Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters or TA roles.
• Experience managing complex senior-level searches and competency-based evaluation.
• Mentoring junior team members on recruiting craft and interview technique.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions — sourcing, screening, offer negotiation and close.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for TA talent.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end with in-depth screens and calibrated debriefs.
• Assess candidates against a competency framework, evaluating sourcing, stakeholder management and data use.
