You will partner with hiring managers, build targeted pipelines, and guide candidates from outreach to close in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience recruiting within People operations, total rewards, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across functional areas.
• Strong stakeholder management to advise and calibrate with hiring managers.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data.
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for each sub-function.
• Conduct screens to assess depth and fit; manage interview processes from intake to close.
• Provide transparent pipeline updates and market intelligence to influence decisions.
