Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, guiding hiring decisions with market intelligence and a strategic talent lens to improve quality of hire.

You will source, screen, and evaluate candidates, leverage TA technology (ATS, Paradox, sourcing tools), and mentor peers while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring compliance across hourly and salaried roles.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in internal talent acquisition or equivalent.
• 4–6 years in an internal TA program or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years as a Talent Partner with influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners to influence hiring decisions.
• Advise on hiring to improve quality of hire and align with business needs.
• Review and screen candidates against criteria before presenting.
• Leverage TA technology to increase automation and efficiency.
• Use data to tell a story and drive talent strategy improvements.
• Communicate updates clearly to hiring managers and partners.
• Mentor peers and ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
