You will shape hiring strategies, coach performance against KPIs, and partner with business leaders to source and assess top talent.

You will leverage data and competitive intelligence to craft customized strategies, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional advertising and budget decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
• 4–6 years of talent acquisition and leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team and coaching on KPIs.
