Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for professional, technical, or corporate roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO compliance, and recruiting best practices.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS platforms, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional, technical, and leadership roles across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and associations.
• Partner with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to build pipelines.
• Stay current on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for office and professional positions, including posting, sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers across functions to understand staffing needs and team dynamics.
• Lead recruiting for specialized and executive-level roles with confidentiality and guidance.
• Guide hiring managers through interview best practices and structured interviewing.
• Ensure timely, professional communication and positive candidate experience.
• Manage requisitions, candidate records, and ATS workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and EEO requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition from offer to first day.
• Assist with HR projects and workforce planning as needed.
