Southland Industries seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for high-complexity and senior roles onsite. Youll partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to forecast talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

Youll source candidates through multiple channels, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and keep precise records in Workday while advising on market conditions and positioning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven construction recruiting experience and market insight.
• Strong ability to partner with managers and sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social channels, passive search, referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews with TA Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Candidates.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Forecast talent needs and deploy strategic recruiting plans.
• Advise managers on hiring strategy, market trends, and compensation positioning.
