Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our GTM US and EMEA hiring. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and shape our candidate experience.

Hybrid model includes 4 days a week in our Boston or San Francisco offices. You’ll write compelling job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with agencies to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment across multiple GTM areas.
• Partnership with hiring managers to provide insights.
• Focus on a positive candidate experience and timely updates.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using diverse channels.
• Conduct CV screening and phone interviews; manage interviews.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to fill roles.
• Promote employer branding and EVP initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-life cycle recruiting in multiple key areas.
• Work closely with hiring managers and give them professional insights.
• Screening CVs and conducting phone interviews with Candidates.
• Work closely with recruitment agencies.
• Providing an amazing candidate experience, ensuring candidates are kept in the loop and receive timely information.
• Writing and posting job descriptions on career websites, social media, and buildinga robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels.
• Conducting interviews and ensuring we find the perfect match for our company.
• Participate in and lead cross-organizational recruiting initiatives, promoting candidate experience, employee referral programs, diversity, employer brand, EVP creation, etc.
