Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles in the US and EMEA. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and manage relationships with agencies to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in hyper-growth companies.
• English native speaking with excellent communication.
• Proven sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter; Spark Hire is a plus.
• Experience leading phone interviews and full hiring processes.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment; proactive and team-focused.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Behavioral Science is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-life cycle recruiting in multiple key areas.
• Work closely with hiring managers and provide professional insights.
• Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and timely updates.
• Write and post job descriptions across career sites and social media; build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct interviews to find the best match for Coralogix.
• Lead cross-organizational recruiting initiatives, promoting EVP and employer brand.
