Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our GTM US and EMEA hiring. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top candidates and insights across multiple regions.

The role requires proactive, independent work in a fast-moving environment, with a strong focus on candidate experience and collaboration with agencies. Hybrid work model and international growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proven sourcing techniques and current strategic sourcing skills; LinkedIn Recruiter advantageous.
• Leading phone interviews, hiring processes, and delivering complete solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, proactive and independent.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-life cycle recruiting in multiple key areas (US GTM and EMEA).
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide professional insights.
• Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
• Work with recruitment agencies to build a strong pipeline.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience with timely updates.
• Write and post job descriptions on career sites and social media; build pipelines.
• Lead cross-organizational recruiting initiatives and promote EVP, diversity, and employer brand.
