Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for a key service sales unit. You will source, screen, and engage top candidates, partnering with hiring managers and TA leadership to forecast talent needs and build effective recruitment plans.

In a fast-paced, remote environment, you will manage candidate records in Workday, deliver a world-class candidate experience, and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Construction industry recruiting experience required.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and sell opportunities to candidates.
• Knowledge of passive recruiting, Boolean searching, and cold calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who identifies improvements and works in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS and candidate sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, passive search, internal talent communities, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience with proactive communication and timely feedback.
• Forecast talent needs and deploy strategic recruiting plans.
• Stay informed on industry trends to improve processes.
