Job summary

CIC Construction Group seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and hard-to-fill roles across North America. You will partner with hiring managers, define requirements, and guide selection decisions while leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry partnerships to build a premier candidate slate.

You will analyze recruiting metrics, ensure compliance with employment laws, and represent the company at career fairs and campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, or specialized roles.
• Experience supporting hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• High-level sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Skilled in delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
