Southland Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for our remote teams, with a focus on Service Sales. You will partner with TA leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling while maintaining accurate candidate records in Workday.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Southland Industries, you will play a vital role in our company's growth by identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent to join our team. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will possess construction recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. This is a remote role covering full-cycle recruiting for an assigned business unit, division, or specialty, with expectations to flex to other recruiting needs across the business as assigned. This role will be primarily focused on recruiting for Service Sales.

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, passive search, internal talent communities, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Work with TA Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Candidates for interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
• Live the ‘People-First’ Southland brand by delivering a world-class candidate experience — communicating proactively throughout the recruitment process and providing timely updates and feedback.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to understand the current state of the business and forecasted talent needs, helping develop and deploy strategic recruiting plans.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Pay: This consolidated salary range reflects the anticipated pay range across the U.S. geographic locations where this position may be based. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

Salary Range: $93,000.00 – $129,000.00 annually.

Contingent Employment:All employment offers are contingent upon successful drug tests, background checks, and professional reference checks. Roles that include driving as an essential job duty will be required to have a successful Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR). We are not able to offer sponsorship of employment at this time.
