Job summary

TriNet, Atlanta-based leader in HR solutions, seeks a Senior Manager, TA Operations to drive recruiting operations, enablement, and data-driven insights for a high-performing TA team.

You will partner with TA leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to streamline processes, implement innovative solutions, and align recruiting with enterprise objectives—raising efficiency and candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 8+ years of TA operations/HR operations.
• Typically 3+ years leading a recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA Operations and ensure smooth recruiting processes.
• Own and optimize ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Develop analytics to monitor KPIs for recruiting effectiveness and quality of hire.
• Coach Sourcing and TA Coordinator teams for operational alignment.
• Design dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health and hiring trends.
• Manage relationships with RPOs, external vendors, and tech partners.
• Create process documentation and enablement materials for TA teams.
• Drive improvements to reduce time-to-fill and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hiring requirements and audit readiness.
